Raised slatestone chest-tomb of John Ffoulkes of Peniarth Fawr (d.1846) and his wife Margaret (d.1875); within a railed enclosure with cast iron fleur-de-lis-headed railings and urn finials. The tomb has a moulded base and cornice, with raised and fielded panelled sides and gadrooned, tapering pilasters in the Jacobean style. The top of the tomb is inscribed with the names and dates above.
