The monument stands in the NE corner of the churchyard of St Cawrdaf's Church, at the rear of the Church Hall.

History
Erected between 1871 and 1881 for Llewelyn, brother of Griffith Thomas Picton Jones of the nearby gentry house of Ty Iocus.  

Exterior
Built from coarse-grained granite. The tomb is in the form of a sarcophagus standing on a moulded base, the outward-sloping sides rising to a Doric entablature and moulded capstone, and having cushion rolls at the ends. Inscription on the sides eroded, erected to Llewelyn Picton-Jones of Yoke House [Ty Iocws]. Date illegible. Two brass plates to later members of the family have been added.
