Pressed red brick with bathstone dressings. Two window 4-storey front; brick pilasters, bathstone pinnacles. Windows grouped in bathstone architaves, pedimented above top floor level, which has tripartite windows with sash glazing. On first and second floors, 4-light metal casements with stained glass to "hopper" upper lights. Modern shopfront to ground floor
Reason for designation
Part of well-preserved early C20 retail development, with intact windows to upper showrooms. Group value.
