Two windows to Mill Lane (including R windows in splay); 9-pane hornless sashes to top floor; 12-pane hornless sashes to first floor. Ground floor has late C19 style public house front with doorway in splay, 2 windows to L. To SW, 2-storey, 3-window block, two 4-pane sash windows to upper floor and small window (L), on ground floor, doorway with broad cafe entrance. Cornice to public house front continues down Caroline Street elevation of 2 windows; modern casements.
