At the SW side of a country lane and close to the Afon Ystrad, c1km SE of Groes.

History
Late C18 granary.
Exterior
Lofted granary built of rubble masonry with roughly dressed stone quoins and voussoir arches over openings; slate roof. The entrance elevation (SE) leads out onto the yard, the ground floor with a centrally placed doorway; access to the loft via stone steps at the SW gable return, a further boarded doorway at the opposite end.
Reason for designation
Included as a very well preserved example of a granary which forms part of a largely intact farmstead group at Egryn.
