Exterior
Roughcast rendered and painted front with Welsh slate roof. Double depth central entry plan. Two storeys, three windows. Central 6-panel door with the two upper panels glazed, narrow moulded surround and probably later projecting hood on brackets. Windows are plain 6 over 6 pane sashes with stone cills; the first floor windows are narrower. Roof with three rooflights. Rear elevation not seen.

Reason for designation
Included for its special architectural interest as a probably late C18 or early C19 house of Georgian character in the Monmouth town centre.
