History
Early to mid C19, built as a pair with No. 25. It is possibly shown on the 1844 Tithe Map.

Exterior
Rendered and painted front with natural slate roof and red brick stacks. Double depth central entry plan. Two storeys, three windows, all with out-of-character modern replacements in 3 x 6 pane plastic frames. Modern panelled door, simple pedimented doorcase. Low pitch roof with eaves supported on paired brackets, ridge stacks, shared with adjoining house on right. Light spear head railings with dog bars and single gate. Rear elevation not inspected.

Interior
Interior not inspected at resurvey.

Reason for designation
Included, notwithstanding the out-of-character modern windows, for its special architectural interest as one of a pair of good early C19 town houses of which the right-hand (No. 25) largely retains its character.
