Exterior
Rendered and painted elevation with a natural slate roof. Double depth plan with central entry. Three storeys, two windows. The ground floor has a late C20 shop front with arched timber mullions to plate glass windows and continuous fascia. First floor with French casements with 4 + 4 panes; these open onto a small balcony to full width, decorative wrought iron railing. Three over 3 pane sashes to second floor. Deep projecting eaves on paired brackets, plain low pitch roof with stack to right ridge. Rear elevation not inspected.

Interior
Interior not available at resurvey. The ground floor has been completely altered in the late C20.

Reason for designation
