History
Built in the third quarter of the C19 and first shown on the 1871 Ordnance Survey.
Exterior
Rubble stone with stone segmental heads to the openings, and slate roof. Facing the street is a boarded door L and blocked window R. The R gable end has external stone steps with renewed concrete treads to a boarded loft door. A lean-to against the L gable end incorporates a garage and has a projecting brick surround to garage doors.
Reason for designation
Listed for retention of external character and for group value with the Fox Inn and other listed items in the centre of Ysceifiog village.
