Late C18/early C19. Formerly called Nell Gwynne House and gentry house in C19.  

Exterior
Shop with accommodation above used as offices, attached at each side. Walls rendered with untraditionally surfaced roughcast; slate roof behind moulded corniced eaves. Three storeys. Three- window range of small pane glazing in plain architraves. Square-headed doorway to left. Large C20 shopfront. Substantially altered to rear.
