Has 2-window elevation with paired windows to top floor; on first floor, to L, semi-circular bay window, to R, shallow 2-window square bay window. Veranda with slender fluted iron columns with bands, capitals and spandrils of slightly different design with cresting running between one pair of spandrils and the next.
