History
Late C18 to mid C19. Building shown on this site on 1844 tithe map.  

Exterior
Terraced house, stone rubble walls, with slate roof and end stacks, of stone rubble to left and a higher one of brick, to right. Two-storey and cellar, 3-window range with 12-pane sash windows and central doorway. Original 6-panelled door with top 4 panels fielded and plain overlight. Doorway to cellar beneath left hand window, with ledged door. All openings have black brick C20 voussoirs, the upper floor heads slightly more cambered. Forecourt and flight of 9 steps enclosed by high stone rubble walls; entry at base of steps to left, flanked by rough piers of stone rubble. Later wing at rear. In previous listing, roof was of grouted cement and walls were colourwashed.
