Situated next to No 30, the Black Fox Bar, with facade to side alley.
History
Early to mid C19 outshut and rear wing to No 30, probably originally service ranges. Building shown on this site on 1844 tithe map.
Exterior
Lean-to and rear wing on end of No 30, painted roughcast, with slate roof and small central metal flue. Lean-to on gable end wall of No 30 and range running back along narrow lane. Main Street end wall has small, square fixed 6-pane window in upper storey and slightly larger C20 9-pane sash window in ground floor.
Lane frontage in 3 sections: the lean-to section of 2 bays, a fully roofed section with slightly higher eaves of 2 bays, and a covered yard section beyond. Lean-to section has a 12-pane sash window to right on first floor and a 9-pane sash window to left on ground floor.
The main portion of the building has a 9-pane sash window to right of first floor, a 4-pane sash window below this and a 4-pane sash window to left.
The wall of the covered yard incorporates doorway to yard with plank stable door. Gable end over yard contains a C20 metal-framed window into attic space.
At previous listing, front lower window was metal-framed and door in main portion of building has been replaced by a window.
