Earlier C19 attached house. Building marked on this site on 1844 tithe map.
Exterior
Attached house, colourwashed stone rubble walls with slate tile roof and rendered end stacks, the left stack shared. Two-storey double-fronted elevation offset to left, upper floor with 2 narrow C20 plate windows, ground floor with similar window either side of central doorway, windows not offset as with No 20. Mid C20 door with oval light in top half and gabled wood porch.
Reason for designation
Included, notwithstanding alterations, as a traditional attached house in small square on the way to Plas Glyn-y-Mel.
