Situated some 40m NE of Maesgwyne, enclosing NE side of the farmyard.

History
Range of outbuildings, a lofted stable to right, and a single storey range to left possibly a cowshed. Earlier C19, marked on 1844 tithe map.
Exterior
Range of outbuildings, whitewashed rubble stone with asbestos sheet roofs. Lofted range to right has left end stone stack, 2 square loft openings and ground floor small window with brick head and door with timber lintel, door and window close-spaced roughly central and not aligned with loft openings. Outside steps to right end, to loft door.
Single storey range to left has small window to right of centre and door to left, both with brick heads. Dove holes in end gable.
Interior
C19 pine joists to stable ceiling. Four C19 collar trusses to single storey range.
Reason for designation
Included as a traditional range of outbuildings, of group value with Maesgwynne and the cartshed.
