Situated on the W side of St Julian's Street approximately 25m S of the junction with Bridge Street.
History
Early C19 3-storey house, one of a terraced row with Nos 1 and 3.
Exterior
House, painted stucco with imitation stone jointing and slate roof with nogged brick eaves (as on No 3). Red brick left end stack. Three-storeys, 3 bays, with renewed hornless 16-pane sash windows. Three shorter windows to 2nd floor, one to first floor left and 2 to ground floor. Canted oriel window with 4-12-4-pane sashes to first floor right. Centre arched doorway with pilasters, moulded caps and moulded head with springing blocks and keystone (as on No 3). Six-panel door and plain fanlight. Raised plinth, with basement light to right.
Reason for designation
Included as a well-proportioned late Georgian town house in a terraced row.
