Erected in the third quarter of the C19, on the site of the former Plas Puleston, and first shown on the 1888 Ordnance Survey when No 4 was The Old Red Lion public house.
Reason for designation
Listed as a well-detailed later C19 commercial building in the eclectic classical style prevalent in Victorian Caernarfon, retaining original character and detail, including a good shop front, and for its contribution to the historic integrity of the walled town.
