On the NW side of the house.
History
Built in the 3rd quarter of the C19 and first shown on the 1871 Ordnance Survey.
Exterior
Rubble stone and slate roof. The coach house faces E and has a wide segmental-headed doorway with rock-faced voussoirs and double boarded doors. To its R are 2 ventilation strips. A lower projection is to the (L) S gable end, possibly a small byre. In its gable end it has a segmental-arched opening, formerly with an iron gate.
Reason for designation
Listed as a well-preserved C19 coach house and for its contribution to the historical integrity of The Rectory.
