History
Built shortly after the Great War.
Exterior
A sandstone war memorial in the form of a preaching cross, standing on an octagonal plinth the faces of which carry the names of the fallen in the Great War and in the Second Worls War.
The shaft is octagonal but square at foot with broach stops. The top of the shaft swells slightly between astragals and the head is 4-sided with blank niches; the finial is a 2-way poppy-head.
Small octagonal step above and below the plinth; single large octagonal step.
Reason for designation
A good war memorial in the form of a simple Gothic preaching cross, listed also for group value with St. Tyrnog's church
