Located within a modern walled enclosure on the W side of a narrow access lane leading to St Anthony's Cottage.

History
Medieval well which had a reputation as a healing well. In 1811 it was referred to as walled with a niche over it. Commonly called Ffynnon Shon Antwn in 1895.
Exterior
Holy well, rubble stone, comprising of a sunk chamber with well pool to rear in a triangular-headed recess with small stone shelf. Above shelf is rock-cut tiny niche with head that may have held a religious image.
Reason for designation
Included as a good survival of a Holy Well of interesting design, retaining niche for statue.
