C19 to early C20. Formerly the North Lodge to Penrhyn Old Hall
Exterior
Small two storey building with stone walls with ashlar dressings. Half-hipped slate roof; central chimney. Front wall with two three-light ashlar mullioned window on the first floor and on the ground floor a large transomed and mullioned window to the left hand and three-light mullioned window to the right hand. Similar windows and doorway to L return.

Included as part of a group of buildings associated with Penrhyn Old Hall, and Penrhyn Hall Farm. Group value with adjacent listed buildings.
