The house aligns with the main access to the churchyard, near the W end of the village.
History
The house is probably C18 in date, with later additions to the rear (S) side.
Exterior
Built of local stone rubble with a slate roof, pebbledashed to the rear. One storey, cellar and attics, 2 unit plan, with a 1-bay rear wing, and lean-to in the NE angle. Entrance between the 2nd and 3rd bays, a margin glazed door within a trellis gabled porch. Four-paned C19 sash windows to the ground floor, and narrower 2-paned window to the left of the door. Gabled semi-dormers with similar 4-pane sash windows. Rendered stacks to the gable ends.

Nort accessible at the time of inspection.
Reason for designation
Included as a house of C18 form and C19 vernacular character, of group value with the church of St Cawrdaf and the Church Hall in the village of Abererch.
