Set into the SW corner of the wall enclosing the churchyard of the Church of St Caffo, set back from the SE side of the B4419, at the NE end of the village of Llangaffo.

History
Re-set C15 doorway from the old Church of St Caffo; re-set when the new church was built in 1846.
Exterior
Pointed arched doorway with moulded jambs and moulded hoodmould; set into roughly dressed stone entrance with stone capping in SW corner of churchyard enclosed by low rubble wall.
Reason for designation
Listed as a good example of a C15 doorway, finely detailed and of historic interest as one of the doorways of the original church.
