Location
Set back from the road and the R-hand of a pair of houses on the corner of a lane leading to Rosemary Lane and New Street.
History
Built in the late C19, influenced by the houses of Hansom and Welch in Beaumaris, and first shown on the 1889 Ordnance Survey.
Interior
A vestibule has double panelled doors and leads to the stair hall, which has an open-well stair with turned balusters and newels and panelled tread ends.
Reason for designation
Listed for its special architectural interest as one of a pair of late C19 town houses of definite quality and character, and for its contribution to the historical integrity of Townsend.
