Situated some 40m SE of St Philomena's.
History
Lime-kiln of uncertain date, possibly late C18 to early C19.
Exterior
Lime-kiln built into an outcrop of land with walls of rough rubble stone, two-sided with tall curved wall at angle and large square opening each side with timber lintel. Parapet carried on projecting shelf on E side from above kiln-eye to the right end. Crucible has been infilled.
Reason for designation
Included as the remains of a substantial lime-kiln, of industrial archaeological interest.
