History
Although not shown on maps until 1888, this dovecote is probably contemporary with the house. Its roof was described in 1971 as stone-tiled.
Exterior
A square dovecote in rubble masonry, with numerous exterior flight holes. The roof is pyramidal, and has recently been re-slated. Access to the interior (for humans) is by an aperture in the W wall, within a low lean-to extension.
Reason for designation
Listed as a well preserved stone dovecote, part of a complete farmstead, which forms a group with Llawhaden House.
