C20 upper storey with a sash window to W, and flat roof. Centre sash window to 2nd and 3rd floors (first floor window blocked by porch upper floor). Side wall has painted stone plinth, and steps down to right to basement. Rear wall is slate hung with 3-storey canted bay window, 10-20-10-pane sashes to lower 2 floors, 8-16-8 to 2nd floor and top floor has a tripartite 4-12-4-pane sash. Red brick E side stack.
