Early C19.  

Exterior
3 storey and cellar, 4 window front. Originally two buildings separated by a tunnel passage, that on the left being the original PH. Painted Flemish bond brick on plastered plinth. Gently pitched slate roof, saw toothed eaves cornice. Tall brick stacks. Shallow windows to 2nd floor. 3 light casements to left, 2 light to right. 1st floor has 3 light transomed windows to left, cross windows to right. 3 light transomed window to ground floor left. Modern oriel windows to right. Shallow reveals, keystoned plaster "lintels", stone sills. Roll moulded doorcase, brackets to hood. Stone steps within lobby. False door to former tunnel passage to right. Former door behind oriel.
