Approximately 2.3km SE of Llanybydder, on the S side of a minor road at its junction with the B4337.
History
An early C19 labourer''s cottage shown on the 1840 Tithe map, when it was on land owned by nearby Cefn Percin Farm.
Exterior
A single-storey 2-window cottage of limewashed rubble stone and corrugated iron roof (partly collapsing). Openings are offset R of centre and have stone lintels. A central boarded door with strap hinges is flanked by fixed windows, larger on the L side. A blockwork wall is attached to the L gable end.
Reason for designation
Listed, notwithstanding its present condition, as a rare surviving small rural labourer''s cottage virtually unaltered since the C19.
