About 150m SW of Bodelwyddan Castle, to the N of the Walled Garden and to the W of the Maze. The site is enclosed on its W side by a low limestone rubble wall.
History
Probably contemporary with the children''s play house, c1850; it may have been intended to shelter the children''s nurserymaid while the children were playing at the play house.
Exterior
A simple sub-octagonal brick building with an arch to the front, the front and the interior rendered and painted white. Slate roof with mortared hips. Benches inside.

A simple shelter associated with the children''s play house, all within a small walled garden.
