Approximately 1.3km SW of the main junction in Efailwen.
History
Built in the early C19 and shown on the 1839 Tithe map. Windows were replaced in the late C19.
Exterior
A single-storey 3-window cottage of whitened render walls, renewed slate roof and C20 brick end stacks. Windows are 4-pane horned sashes. The entrance is offset L of centre, in an added half-glazed porch with boarded door.
Reason for designation
Listed as a well-preserved small early C19 cottage, a type once characteristic of the region.
