History
Mid C19. Formerly the manse to the chapel built 1842.
Exterior
Early Victorian house with later glazing. Stucco rendered and painted with shallow-pitched slate roof, the eaves extended left to abut the chapel, hipped to rear. Two storeys. Two full-height canted bay windows with pitched slate roofs directly under eaves and 4-pane horned sashes. Central doorcase with bracketed open pediment, narrow side panels, diamond-glazed overlight and recessed C20 door. Low wall adjoining chapel pier with similar but lower railings with spear finials.
Reason for designation
Listed as a house contemporary with the listed early-mid C19 chapel adjacent. Group value with other listed buildings in the street.
