Location
Fronting the lane to the E of the farmhouse.
History
Probably early C19 and possibly contemporary with the farmhouse. Shown on theTithe map of 1846.
Exterior
Barn, probably 3-bay, constructed of rubble stone under a corrugated iron roof with central entrance containing a high boarded door under a rough timber lintel. Loft hatches flanking entrance, both with stone sills and infilled with corrugated iron sheeting; that to L is in a raked half-dormer. Ventilation slit to W gable end, with single-storey timber lean-to beneath; also lean-to visible to rear. Additional unit to L end, possibly former cart-shed, with large opening to front infilled with corrugated iron.

Listed as a small well-preserved barn, and for group value with Llwyn y Ffynnon Farmhouse.
