History
Farmhouse, earlier C19 in traditional style. Farmed by David Thomas, 1926.
Exterior
Farmhouse, whitewashed rubble stone with slate close-eaved roof and slate end stacks with dripstones and cap stones. Two storeys, three-window front, offset to left. Hornless 12-pane sashes with oak lintels and slate sills. Half-glazed centre door. Tooled stone jambs to openings and tooled stone quoins. Slate wall-plate. Outshut rear. Right end has uPVC window over door in added C20 conservatory porch, both set in end wall of outshut. Tiny window to left end wall ground floor, with oak lintel.
Reason for designation
Included for its special historic interest as a little-altered traditional farmhouse.
