History
Early to mid C19 with windows replaced in early C20. It is not shown on the John Wood map of 1835.
Exterior
Rendered and painted front with a Welsh slate roof and red brick stack. Double depth plan with entry on left. Two storeys, two windows. Door has six panels, four glazed, overlight, flat hood on carved brackets. Window to right is plate glass tripartite sash. Upper windows are plate glass sashes. All windows with stone cills. Low pitch roof with stack on right gable. Rear elevation not seen.

Interior not seen at resurvey.
Reason for designation
Included for its special architectural interest as an early C19 house of definite character which is part of the important group of historic buildings near St. Mary's Church.
