History
Early-to-mid C19, but with C18 core.
Exterior
House, 2 storeys plus attic, slate roof; rendered end chimneys. Two-window front, roughcast. Two gable dormers with 6-pane Brecon hopper windows. On first floor, two 4-pane Brecon hopper windows. On ground floor, central half-glazed panelled door (brick steps up to doorway) is flanked by splayed bay windows with horned sash glazing. Beneath bay windows, large decorative iron grilles to cellar.
Reason for designation
An early-to-mid C19 house with C18 origins and intact character.
