History
Terraced house now shop, part of a row of three low C18 houses, Nos 12-14. Upper windows raised and house altered in early C20, shown in old photograph with upper windows under eaves. In later C20 antique shop of Gerald Oliver, town historian.

Included for its special historic interest as part of a row of low C18 houses, the outbuilding behind is of group value with the rear of No 15 Albany Terrace.
Interior
Ground floor single room with slate floor and joisted ceiling. Outbuilding attached to rear has three pine collar trusses to roof.
