On the E side of St. David's Road some 300m N of its junction with Thomas Parry Way.
History
Farmhouse, early C19, recorded as Loo Choo Cottage, newly built in 1824, when it was offered for auction and described as having two parlours and four bedrooms. The unusual name is said to derive from a mariner builder who had served in China.
Exterior
House, unpainted lined render and slate roof with three brick stacks. Two storeys, three plus one bays. Twelve-pane sashes, the main house three-bay with stone sills, centre square-headed doorway and boarded door. The service range to right, under continuous roof has one sash each floor with slate sills. Windowless left end wall. Outshut rear with stair gable.

Included for its special interest as a farmhouse of early C19 date, in late Georgian style.
