History
Built in 1891. Possibly the work of John Douglas, who by this time was undertaking commissions for the Kenyon family in this area (Tallwrn Green vicarage, 1882, Kenyon Cottages, 1892).
Exterior
Robust gothic revival design, timber-framed with clay-tiled roof. Its simple pegged frame comprises a longitudinal beam (carrying inscriptions on either side) supported on posts, which have segmental arch- and tension-braces supporting tie-beam of roof.
Reason for designation
Listed as a good example of bold, gothic revival work which has group value with the Church of Saint Mary Magdalene.
