History
Former warehouse dating from the period when Laugharne was a commercial port, name derives from its subsequent use as a ball court.
Possibly the storehouse described in 1925 as "in complete ruin".
Exterior
Mid C19 (not on 1834 survey map but listed on 1842 Tithe Map as store house). Ruined 4-storey, 5-bay rubble structure long since disused. Right hand bay advanced and gabled formerly with lower pitched roof forward extension (as shown on modern OS map). Brick voussoir lintels to square headed openings.
