Exterior
Mid to later C19 house in coursed blue lias stone with slate eaves roof and stone end stacks. Two storeys, 3-window range, closely spaced. Paired painted timber brackets to eaves. Windows with sandstone voussoirs and slate sills, 3 large 16-pane cambered-headed sashes above, 2 tripartite 4-8-4-pane cambered-headed sashes below and centre door. Glazing bars lost from centre sash of ground floor right window. Door is in painted corniced doorcase with heavy brackets to cornice and incised panels to piers. Panelled reveals and C20 door with overlight.
Carved bargeboards to end gables, rendered W wall and long NE rear wing.
