Detached 2-storey 3-window scribed render front with rusticated long and short work quoins and cill band; hipped slate roof, wide boarded eaves and 2 rendered chimney stacks. Hood moulds with foliated stops and keystones to windows and entrance; 12-pane sash windows to 1st floor, 16-pane to ground floor, plain reveals; arched entrance with recessed 6-panel door and 5-pane fanlight. Plain scribed render left side and similar right side with sash window.
